Apply key principles of taxation and financial accounting in the review of complex corporate and partnership tax returns as well as the reconciliation of books with tax returns. In accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures, as well as the firm's established practices, policies, and procedures, responsible for reviewing complex tax returns for S-Corporations, Partnerships, and LLCs with specially allocated K-1 s, and multi-state individual tax returns with foreign filing requirements (such as FBAR, Form 5471, Form 8938, and Form 965), including managing related risk and ensuring quality control procedures are properly executed. Using advanced taxation and financial accounting and reporting standards and procedures, administer complex tax projects including tax audits, transaction structuring, and implementation of tax planning strategies. Advise on complex tax and accounting issues, including conducting advanced tax research and resolving complex tax issues (including assessing tax compliance and liabilities), as well as review tax work from staff and provide feedback, training, mentoring, and contribute to staff development by sharing industry knowledge. Build significant client relationships through the execution of diligent client service, and will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining key lasting relationships with clients.

Education: Bachelor Accounting, Taxation or in a related field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree;
Experience: Five (5) years in the position above, as a Senior Tax Manager, or in a related tax consulting role;
Experience must include:
1. Tax restructuring and planning services;
2. Analyzing statutory and regulatory tax laws;
3. Researching and interpreting tax laws, rules and regulations, including Tax Cuts & Jobs Act related calculations and consulting assistances, e.g., toll charge inclusion, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, sections 163j and 267A calculations and reporting;
4. Analyzing complex and significant tax, financial, and economic data for multinational institutions.
