Job Description:
 
The role will require the medium to advanced knowledge of applications and platform Monitoring (AWS Cloud, On-premises) 
This operational role requires participation in the rotational support activities with occasional involvement in development and engineering tasks. 
 
Essential Knowledge: 
2-5 Years of experience in support of the infrastructure and application monitoring tools 
Knowledge of AWS is essential. 
Knowledge of programming in Python, Shell Scripting, AWS CLI. 
Knowledge of Databases (Oracle PL/SQL) is essential to be able to formulate and run queries against the databases to assist in the troubleshooting and remediation of issues. 
Knowledge of Platform and Application Monitoring using Agent Based or Agentless technologies. 
Proficient in Troubleshooting and problem solving. 
 
Preferable knowledge in the following Tools and technologies: 
a.       IBM-ITM. 
b.       Moogsoft, IBM Netcool Alert Management systems. 
c.       Extrahop - Understanding of Network operations. 
d.       Dynatrace or similar APM tools. 
e.       Splunk for Log Analytics and Dashboarding. 
f.        ServiceNow or similar ticketing system .
