Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Can be fully remote Visa: USC GC GC-EAD Start: ASAP Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years experienceworking as a Functional, Data, or Business Analyst. Twoyears of experience should be in a higher education industry, and two yearsworking with Salesforce. The candidate has the ability to think analytically, solveproblems to complex business processes, and document results. Strong writtenand verbal communication skills are a necessity. Must have the ability tointeract with customers in a sensitive and diplomatic manner, maintainingpositive relationships and building consensus on project goals. Excellentjudgment to make effective decisions on courses of action needed to transformdefined business needs into software requirements. A strong working knowledge of (link removed) at thelevel Salesforce ADM 201 certification is a must. The candidate needsa thorough understanding of the Salesforce object model, an advancedunderstanding of software design and development using agile methodologies,along with a proven track record for the ability to deliver product. Knowledge of relational database reporting tools such as Tableau, Oracle Reports or MSAccess. Fluent with planning tools such as Jira, MS-Project, Visio,Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with any or all of the following highlydesirable: A working knowledge of the Salesforce Education DataArchitecture (EDA), Ellucian Banner, college admissions, CRM, financialreporting, PL/SQL, portal, accounting, human resources systems.
