Customer Services Support Operator 4 Location: US-IL-Buffalo Grove Email this job to a friend

Shift Start and End Time =8AM - 5PM
Enroll, Cancel students in training classes Communicate with Field Supervisors to identify new hire training paths Assign training paths to students Develop and run reports Identify and escalate data issues Assign Job roles to students and supervisors Order class materials Set up training classes Organize meetings and events
Responsibilities: Enter, delete and modify students data in Learning Management System Search, Modify and Update student data, course descriptions and class data Use Excel to monitor data using v-loop up functions Communicate with managers, employees via telephone and email Execute student experience functions from enrollment to class closeout Gather and enter student sign in results Monitor student pre-requisites Produce class data for instructors Contribute at logistics meetings Ensure data in Learning Management System is entered accurately Setup training rooms Respond to student questions Qualifications: High School degree. 2+ years of related experience. Ability to learn custom software (Learning Management system) Excellent written and verbal skills Excel v look up skills Positive attitude, Creative, Dependable, Ambitious, Growth mindset Ability to work well in a team environment Detail Oriented 10% travel
