Third shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (please note that third shift starts Monday 11pm so they finish Saturday 7 am)Re-spool and cut wire to lengths as specified by customer requirement in work order. The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversee the operation of off-line packaging machine as it re-spools wire according to job specifications. Completion of operator checklist continuously during process operation. Monitor machine; cut product to required lengths. Load/unload product from machine. Inspect product for cosmetics. Perform required testing on product. Attend to any mechanical problems promptly as they arise. Occasionally assist in training of co-workers in the rewind process. Accurately complete the required production, scrap and non-conformity reports. Maintain continuous attention to safety and product quality standards. Meet required productivity targets for operation. Manage schedule requirements and execute administrative tasks to meet requirements. Support HOS/continuous improvement activities.
