Business Systems Analyst. Multiple Openings. Provide program/ project management, client demonstrations, product evangelizing, technical support, and product integration scenarios. Manage client engagement services and solution implementation and consult with clients on system implementation issues. Provide business consulting, knowledge and expertise in strategic performance and management methodologies, process assessment work and the application of technologies to business. Prepare Technical specification documentation, present technical solutions to stakeholders, create test plans, test case scenarios, and perform testing prior to production deployment. Provide enterprise data services, and identity resolution to support the client’s information systems. Responsible for leading software upgrades and testing from an application perspective to include test plan creation and validation. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related fields required. Three- year or four-year Bachelor’s degree acceptable. Foreign Equivalent Degree acceptable.Minimum 24 months experience as Systems Analyst or Systems Manager required. Location is Farmington Hills, Michigan with travel in Farmington Hills, Michigan and/ or travel or relocation to unanticipated locations in the U.S. required.
