Reasonable accommodations for medical and religious objections will of course be considered.Keep reading to learn more about this opportunity to join the Cox family of businesses.The Enterprise Data Enablement Director focuses on identifying and implementing solutions to improve data awareness and quality at CAI Solution Sets, while also promoting and coordinating the availability of Solution Set data for use across the enterprise. The position will work closely with Solution Sets to gain a deep understanding of their data needs and will develop and execute plans to implement strategic efforts to advance data awareness, quality, and consistency. This role will also help Solution Sets integrate with CAIs Data Marketplace (Enterprise Data Platform and Collibra) as the Cox Automotive-wide data sharing source of record. Work efforts will vary by initiative, and include strong facilitation of potentially disparate systems, data, and reporting, rigorous prioritization of efforts based on customer value, detailed analyses, and creation of various work products, including metric definition documentation, mappings, and other artifacts necessary to achieve an easy-to-understand and comprehensive solution for our data needs. This role will indirectly manage and influence execution from multiple cross-functional teams. It supports adoption of new processes and minimizes impacts of change through comprehensive training, communications, and change management programs. This role requires a curious mindset that is open to multiple approaches for making progress on goals. The position demands frequent interactions with all levels of the organization. Success is measured by delivering advances in Solution Set use of data, as well as increasing the transparency of a Solution Sets data for enterprise-wide thinking and utilization. Partner with data analysts and data scientists, product leaders, and engineering groups at Solution Sets to understand their data needs; create alignment, execute, and gain adoption of new functionality to solve their needs. Interface with cross-functional leaders to understand details and interrelationships amongst data, analytics, and products Translate stakeholder data needs into specific activities and deliverables. Execute on components and manage progress from cross-functional teams. Hold teams accountable for progress, facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact. Conduct informed feedback loops to assess and promote understanding. Develop and execute plans to help Solution Sets integrate with CAIs Data Marketplace (Enterprise Data Platform and Collibra) as the Cox Automotive-wide data enablement source of record. Determine interaction points with technology assets throughout the organization to adequately govern and display the flow of data throughout the organization. Research and present recommendations for strategic roadmap for implementing solutions to business problems Build an effective partnership between Product & Engineering, collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering and Architecture teams to execute work. Create and maintain detailed vision and roadmaps on initiatives, including change management and training components. Provide relevant, timely and easily consumable updates to all internal and external audiences.Lead change management and training endeavors necessary to launch and propagate use of product to its customers. Serve as the "voice of the customer" for Solution Sets to CADS product teams by representing and reinforcing the customers perspective to achieve comprehensive solutions for Solution Set data needs Negotiate solutions between parties effectively and for the best of Cox Automotive; be autonomous and make decisions without oversight when appropriate Advocate business needs to Executive-level users for support, funding and progress Develop and maintain trusted and effective working relationships with multiple Cox Automotive entities to maximize potential from Solution Set and enterprise-wide data Provide thought leadership to teams regarding leading edge data and technology solutions to facilitate progress on Solution Set data needsCompensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $115,100 - 153,400.
