JOB SUMMARY

This position will support the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. This position creates communications content and key messages for the business. This position will also support the project team in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Applies a structured methodology to support change management activities.

• Helps design and execute a plan to successfully transition the organization to the ideal future state.

• Helps develop and deliver a communications strategy and plan.

• Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders.

• Determines governance processes and any issues that need to be resolved.

• Defines and measures success metrics and monitors change progress.

• Collaborates with project team to integrate organization change management efforts into broader project plans and support the overall project success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience implementing change management principles, methodologies, and tools

• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferences:

• Change management certification or designation
