Responsible for leadership, design, implementation of strategic change management (CM) and organizational effectiveness (OE) in an SAP environment. Provide direction to large departments and/or multiple client sets/divisions on large-scale project initiatives. Provide consultative oversight to assigned projects which requires partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational change. Design, development, and roll-out of SAP Application Lifecycle Management toolsets (Solution Manager, Change Request Management, Incident Management). Design, develop and roll-out the integration of HP Quality Center with SAP Solution Manager. Identify organization change needs to enable transformation of strategy, structure, systems and processes. Develop and implement future state PMO (Project Management Office) strategies and approaches to facilitate program and project implementation while supporting the organization effectiveness. Provide day-to-day operational direction, coaching and mentoring to other CM and OE team members. 

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and 2 years of experience.

Job Site: Must be willing to travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
