Agile Business Analyst Location: Buffalo, NY. (Remote)Duration: 6+ Months. The Technology Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the team works within an Agile delivery method and that their backlog of requirements and analysis feed into Technology Projects and Programs successfully. This role will carry out some or all the following activities: Requirements / Data / testing: Works within most critical and complex Technology projects - likely to span across multiple business units and/or geographies Supports and guides the Product Owner to create/evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog Create analysis of customer journeys and product functionality Assures delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project of user requirements through to live including Testing Understand and drive documentation of the data of the functional domain Supports and guides the Product Owner for the testing part of each EPIC/ Stories. Provides insight to Agile engineering teams in the scope of test to be added in the DevOps pipeline tools (like Jenkins and Ansible) Methodology / Stakeholders: Engages with senior technology project and technology program managers as well as product owners Provides expertise in process and is considered an authority in multiple areas, such as: disciplined Agile software delivery, production support processes, continuous DevOps pipelines Provides expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework experience Drive the Agile Team performance and outcome metrics as required Contributes to ensuring compliance with BTF (Change Framework) and other change and governance forms required to deliver solutions. Experience 8-10 years of business analysis, IT analysis, or solution design, preferably on commercial client onboarding. Stakeholder management, especially impactful communication, influencing, and arbitration Prior experience with digital banking, Banking as a Service (BaaS) and/or Open Banking initiatives Experience within a large, complex and geographically dispersed organization with multi-disciplinary and multi-culturally diverse work environments Flexible worker who demonstrates adaptability Knowledge University-level degree in Computer Science or a related discipline Domain knowledge in Wholesale Banking / Commercial Banking Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification is desirable
