Working in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) for Sodexo, you will partner with our Healthcare clients to manage their clinical technology needs. Together, we provide leadership and expertise for their business, patients, residents and the staff who care for them. We are looking for a self-motivating, mentoring individual to complement our existing talent.
Under direct supervision, this person will inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate basic diagnostic imaging equipment, devices, system, and instruments. Interact on a routine basis with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems. Participate in on-the-job training programs regarding technical, administrative, and customer service requirements. Experience preferred with CT's, Cath labs, MRI's, ultrasounds, injectors, Philips monitoring systems, etc.

Technical Duties and Responsibilities for Imaging Service Engineer 2:
Knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
Knowledge of basic networking theory.
Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
Knowledge of safety precautions when servicing high voltages and working with ionizing radiation.
Ability to analyze electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical equipment.
Ability to isolate, test, and replace defective parts.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance inspections.
Ability to maintain accurate records of repairs, calibration, and tests.
Ability to run diagnostic programs.
Skill in testing electronic, radiologic, and mechanical equipment.
Skill in manual dexterity, hand-to-eye coordination, and color vision.
Supervision Received:
Individual will work under supervision of Director or Imaging Supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associates Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronics, biomedical engineering, or other technical discipline contributing to proficiency of maintenance and repair of imaging equipment within a healthcare environment
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience within a healthcare setting with direct responsibility for the maintenance and repair of clinical devices and/or 1 year of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training
