Role Description:

The Business Analyst role will be functioning in an infrastructure delivery squad which bridges traditional Enterprise Infrastructure (EI) teams and Application Development (AD) teams. The role will work closely with Product Owner and cross-functional squads to deliver infrastructure as per business requirements and timelines.

Coordinates infrastructure project delivery and ensures execution by documented and agreed upon deliverable dates
Key Responsibilities:

Engage in squad Scrum ceremonies – Daily Standup, Sprint Retrospective, etc.
Transform business requirements into an actionable backlog in Jira
Work with the squad to manage and grooming the backlog
Manage quality for Jira backlog to ensure deliverable tasks are being updated in a timely manner
Ensure all tasks request(s) are submitted for tracking and are on the squad Jira board
Establish execution timelines and ensure delivery against established target
Ensure necessary request(s) are submitted to track progress
Identify external dependencies
Escalate potential conflicts to the Product Owner
Guide stakeholders on processes for infrastructure provisioning
Provides customer Ad hoc support / escalation
Qualifications:

5+ years of IT experience
Exceptional prioritization, process, and project management skills
Experience with Agile techniques and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira etc.)
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle management using Agile methodology
Knowledge and experience in the following technologies:
ServiceNow
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Office)
Jira
Power BI
