Job Description
Theme of the Role:
The Head - Loss Prevention shall thrive in a dynamic and high energy environment who shall build a loss prevention strategy for Company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Stock Take at Stores and Warehouses as per defined Processes.
- Ensure to control the Shrinkage at Stores and Warehouses as per SOP's.
- Ensure to control the overall losses including Dump as per norms.
- Identify the Process gaps and ensure timely corrections as per business need.
- Transfer Discrepancy (TD) identification and resolution from Warehouses to Stores (link removed)>
- Handling the Shoplifting and Theft cases across Locations.
- NRTV Write off and dispose at stores.
- Monitoring of Inventory at Stores & DCs across all the Locations.
- Educate the Store Operations Team (Store Managers & Associates) about the methodology of physical security in stores to include but not limited to; alarms, safes, gates/shutters.
- Partner with the operations group to build loss prevention awareness.
- Develop training programs on Handling of crisis, investigation, driving corporate programs and any other activity as per requirement.
- Ensure timely entry, follow-up and completion in regard to all cases in Loss Prevention Management System
