5+ years of IT solutions experience on Salesforce landscape Mandatory to have experience with LWC/AURA development with Service Cloud projects and must have worked on Case Management, Knowledge Management, etc. Experience in performing setup and developments on the Service Cloud console/Community Cloud/Sales Cloud Experience in working with SFDC APIs, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript Experience working with Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning and Reports and Dashboards Good understanding of integration patterns and Salesforce capabilities when facing integrations with external system
