Develops test plans and test cases. Develops automated tests. Performs manual and automated tests for software functionality, installation, and usability. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Manages bugs and error tracking. Documents and presents test results to management. Coordinates and prioritizes testing of application modifications and bug fixes. Works with multiple development teams and software projects. Experience with a test tracking software package is desired.

Core Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience
- Agile project delivery experience
- TFS, Jira and SQL experience
- Auto finance software testing background

Nice-to-Have (Highly Desirable):
- Strong verbal/public speaking skills and ability to verbalize technical terminology into business/common day terms
- Comfortable presenting/directly speaking to all levels of management
- Self-starter with excellent time-management skills
- Comfortable leading the testing effort on a project, not just supporting
