Are you interested in Growth Strategy and cutting-edge Digital Innovation at a fast-growing technology company? If so, this might be the role for you.

As part of enterprise strategy team, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (including our Chief Strategy Officer), Product Management, and Sales to identify and incubate growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include performing strategic market analyses, developing & quantifying growth concepts, building customer pitches, and guiding innovation teams to rapidly prototype and deploy product concepts. Work will include the full range of corporate strategy, technology innovation, product management, and corporate development functions.

In this role, you will gain valuable cross-functional experience and insight into CCCs strategic initiatives. Strong performers will have the ability to take on added responsibility and will have numerous opportunities for career advancement within the company, based on areas of interest and business needs.Job Duties

Solve ambiguous problems by creating logical frameworks and thorough research
Conduct market scans and identify new growth opportunities
Perform competitive analysis in support of CCCs business priorities
Create strategic business cases for new growth opportunities (e.g., new products or adjacent markets), working with cross-functional teams
Provide M&A diligence and analytic support in pursuit of new investment and potential partnership/acquisition opportunities (as required)
Incubate expansion opportunities end-to-end from customer pain point identification through proof-of-concept
Develop pitch materials for customer-facing meetings
Work with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, product development, and finance to help drive execution of recommended business objectives
Frequent opportunities to present directly to Executive Leadership
Qualifications

Bachelors degree required (preferably Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant STEM majors)
0-1 years of prior experience in consulting or corporate strategy, or a demonstrated interest
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to quickly distill data sets into key insights & recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to discuss and explain key issues / opportunities with senior business leaders
Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and independent work
Hypothesis-driven attitude with an eagerness to learn
Familiarity or experience in insurance or automotive sectors not required
