As Assistant Technical Sales Representative you are a member of the sales organization and will assist a senior team member with territory and budget management. Upon completion of the training, you will take over a sales territory. Your ideal location is within the future territory containing Northern California, Oregon, and Washington.
The compensation contains a base salary and commission with a total earnings potential of $70,000 at goal. The compensation packages with full benefits and profit sharing contribution. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the sales team at all stages of the sales process.
- Sales support, and management of CRM database.
- Customer support including installs and demos.
- Cultivating new business
Skills and qualifications you will need:
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical sales experience and strong customer service skills.
- Experience in the wine industry is preferred.
- Availability for frequent travel including overnight travel.
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
