Job Description
Minimum 6+ years of work experience
Job Objective:
To provide functional support to applications
To manage support tickets in the ticketing system
To monitor application support SLAs
To coordinate with application vendors for application support
Key Accountabilities:
Provide functional support to applications for both organization's internal users and public users
Manage support tickets in the ticketing system, including queue management and assignment to appropriate teams for resolution
Resolve application related functional incidents and service requests
Managing coordination with different teams providing support
Provide functional training to end users
Provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.
As necessary, liaise with application vendors to ensure application-related requests and incidents are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor the availability and performance of supported IT applications.
Priorities and schedule support activities and tasks.
Prepare and maintain reports for application support
Skills:
Quick learner and ability to understand business applications and functions
Application functional support
Coordination across teams and vendors
Excellent customer service skills
Expert in using ticketing systems
Strong customer communication skills
Should Have knowledge of SQL Queries.
