Position Summary:
Seeking a highly organized, disciplined, self-motivated individual who is detail and result oriented to join the Corporate & Common Services Department as a Project Analyst. Corporate & Common Services provides a set of foundational IT services used to build and operate business applications. These include customer registration/authorization/authentication systems, user-interface portals, automated workflows, and a range of CRM services. In addition, we support a diverse portfolio of COTS/SaaS solutions in support of HR, Finance, Project Management and GRC corporate functions.
As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and producing reports to support the execution of portfolios, programs, and projects. The Project Analyst also manages the defined set of analytic and reporting tools to be utilized.

Core Responsibilities:

Accept and adjust performance based on customer feedback.
Help to develop detailed plans and reporting of the Corporate & Common Services Portfolio, understand meaning behind reports and ensure quality. Utilize published standards for portfolio work. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Perform high quality ad-hoc analysis as directed by team lead to support requests from the department Project Managers and Leads to help organize, plan, and analyze the health of the department’s portfolio
Perform tasks as directed within the department to help organize, plan, and analyze the effectiveness of the department’s portfolios
Pro-actively support portfolio review meetings by providing data, reports, and analysis as well as understand meaning behind reports and ensure data quality
Help maintain and monitor the portfolio backlog and delivery plans across all programs/projects in the portfolio. This role is internal customer facing and requires the ability to independently work with stakeholders of all levels. Have the ability to help document and understand business and schedule related integration points in the portfolio.
Utilize IT Finance Management reporting and tools (e.g., HM PPM, etc.) to analyze and gather data needed for analysis and reporting of projects, programs, and portfolio.
Work with stakeholders to gather and track, data and metrics. Information needs to be summarized and communicated in a format that is clear and consumable to a variety of stakeholders. Maintain standard documentation about the portfolio during all phases of the life cycle. Key data elements include requirements, issues, risks, milestones, schedules, and dependencies.
Be concise and precise in verbal and written communications with the project team and stakeholders. Be able to present information and articulate your message to project teams and sponsors.
Ensure transparency and context in messaging and reporting.
Qualifications:

Experience in project management/planning (or similar experience)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member with minimal supervision monitoring well-being of Corporate & Common Services portfolio and manage workload with shifting priorities
Strong interpersonal skills are needed to gain cooperation from various stakeholders
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience
