POSTED RATE FOR WEEKEND NIGHTS ONLYMUST be Nationally Certified through an accredited program. REQUIRE minimum 1 year CST broad-based CST experience in HIGH VOLUME setting/cases with strong skills. BLS (AHA) AND (CST) certification required (NBSTSA or NCCT). We see adults / pediatrics: orthopedics, neurosurgery, general, cardiovascular, thoracic, ENT, plastics, gynecology, and urology. The OR at Saint Francis runs 20 rooms during day hours, dropping to 15 room at 3p for more urgent/emergent cases. 80% are adults and 20% pediatrics. We are a 1000+ bed tertiary care facility with high volume and a broad range of cases. Candidate MUST have experience in comparable facility or surgical services arena. Weeks that contain a holiday will not be guaranteed hours. No 'call' unless desired and available. Graduation from a Surgical Tech Program accredited by the ABHES or CAAHEP or by the State and certification through the NBSTSA or NCCT required.Must have certification as described on job presentation.SFHS Cover Submission sheet MUST be attached with submission or it will be declined. Current permanent address by direct route must be >100 miles from facility.
