Role : Voice Network Engineer Location : LEWISTON, ME Duration : Long Term Job Description : Hands-on experience on Cisco switching configuration and implementing Network switches with minimal network downtime (link removed) Must have Knowledge on Installation and configuration experience of Catalyst switch, Cisco Wireless AP , Cisco IP telephony and Cisco Telepresence Must have Knowledge in Analog voice system Knowledge in Wireless IP telephony Administrative experience and working knowledge of Cisco ISE Knowledge in Voice over IP principles - Cisco Call Manager & Contact Center, Cisco Unity Connection, Dialer, ICM, Cisco Presence. SIP, SCCP, H.323, PRI , PSTN, Voice Gateways , MGCP, SCCP, SRST knowledge of LAN/WAN communications Experience knowledge in routing (eigrp) Experience knowledge in network security technologies 802.1X , Firewall Expert knowledge in switching protocols (RPVST, MST, VLANs) Ability to Maintain documents , Runbook for daily operational support Liaise with existing IT team and business stakeholders for operations and project related activities. This role requires onsite presence and travel between sites for operations and projects related activities from day one.
