Procedures: Routine delivery, C-section, amniocentesis, repair of lacerations, minor laparoscopic diagnostic, tubal ligation, ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, LOA's, Laser

Requirements:

Board eligible

OK state license

Certifications: ATLS, BLS

Facility:

Trauma level 0

Hospital is not stroke certified

Credentialing: 90 days
