Duration: 12+ monthVisa: Any except H1B Must be local and go onsite from day 1 (Hybrid)A valid LinkedIn profile requiredWhat kinds of work do BSA perform at on this teambull; Work closely with Product Managers to flush out ideas for features and improvementsbull; Proactively assess feature ideas for dependencies and possible impediments, sharing assessments with Product Manager and Engineersbull; Vet product requirements that require cooperation by cross-functional teams, write technical requirements specifications, facilitate communication between Product and Engineering about what39;s possiblebull; Translate feature ideas from the Product Manager into actionable work items for back-end and front-end Engineersbull; Write JIRA stories and epics for developers to work from. Basic Qualifications Must be detail orientedbull; 7+ years of work experience 1+ years of Agile Development environmentbull; Strong technical skills 3+ work experience as a Business System Analyst or Technical Business Analystbull; Must have experience with documenting and iterating on new technology systems without having an existing system to use as a modelbull; Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC Strong facilitation and communication (written/oral) skills Working understanding of RESTful and microservice architecturebull; Good understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) approach.
