• Flexible scheduling options – most physicians work 4 10-hour days 
• Patient volumes are 12-15 patients per day/ 60 patients per week
• Each location has 2 NPs, a social worker, and LPNs on site
• Adults-only services, no PEDS work
• High referral base in the community - patient load starting day 1
• Teaching and academic opportunities include research and leadership
