A clinic in Indiana is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.
Assignment:
Dates: 4/3-ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
*Will consider 3-4 days per week, but prefers all 5
Setting: Outpatient
Call: None
Volume: 12-14 patients per day
Patient Ages: All ages (Mostly adults, but some Peds)
Procedures: None
Cases: Chronic health conditions( diabetes, high blood pressure, hypertension, anxiety, mood disorders.), Acute care, Well-child care, Well-woman visits, Immunizations
Support Staff: 2 MA's
EMR/Charting: Epic
Requirements:
Boards: Board Certified
Certifications: BLS; DEA
