The Account Manager acts as a Single Point of Contact, coordinating all Solutions activity within their assigned Accounts/Markets and is the point person for all client inquiries
They are responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, as well as proactively achieving assigned Goals and Objectives of the enterprise strategic business agenda within their portfolio of assigned accounts.
Furthermore, they actively work with senior management, client service representatives, product, operations, integration, and marketing teams to ensure deliverability of the client community.

Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPC) within a designated Market or Client Tier and orchestrates additional activities into the Account(s) to increase client satisfaction and revenue generation.
Builds and cultivates strong client relationships to expand DTCC Solutions’ product and service utilization.
Manages and monitors accounts by collecting and distributing Client Intel and preparing Call Reports and other documents as needed to share client insights, opportunities, or concerns with internal stakeholders.
Presents and clearly articulates the business drivers and strategic direction of designated key clients internally to senior management.
Works closely with Executive Directors (Sales, Product Management etc.) Directors (Integration, Operations Management etc.)
Responsible for meeting Individual/Group Goals and Objectives for assigned accounts, including maintaining and generating new revenue, qualified leads, or business opportunities.
Monitors use of products and recommends ways for the Client to use services more effectively.
Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.

Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated success in the following:
Strategic business planning and focus. This individual must be able to demonstrate competence in developing strategic plans for Customers that effectively articulates a strategic basis, tied directly to tactical execution initiatives and the overall business strategy and plan.
Revenue attainment and growth - Functional competence demonstrated by tangible results and achievement of goals and objectives that reach cross-functionally and impact a broader organization.
Repositioning of a business or completion of equivalent strategic initiative
Strong relationship management skills
Great interpersonal, influencing, writing and presentation skills - ability to develop a communications strategy and present at conferences and at internal meetings, to write persuasively and effectively, and to manage information flow both within and without Marketing. Ability to present confidently the DTCC business proposition to all external audiences.
