This includes working with the business and data owners to determine data sensitivity, identify current controls, assess residual risk, monitor current tools and processes to determine effectiveness. Can resolve transaction, data and process discrepancies. Helps to determine opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize data security processes and safeguards. Creates business requirements documents and knows enough about a platform/technology to create functional specs for use in building technical solutions. This position will also assist in the execution of the corporate information security strategy, work to meet security objectives and respond to company-wide data security issues and events.
