Location: Partial Hybrid (Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL), must be local to either locations Need Last 4 of SSN, and LinkedIn Must Have Skills: Working experience with Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk Tools Working experience with encryption and key management, Strong Analytical Skills, Strong Presentation Skills, Nice to Have Skills: Scripting (Highly desired), Azure or similar cloud security experience, Experience with Azure Information Protection, Security operations background, and experience in other IT areas (Infrastructure, server management, etc) Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience 5 or more years of experience in data security Experience in developing data security strategies and toolsets Working experience with Azure Security Center and Data Loss Prevention Relevant industry experience with a technical background Ability to find patterns and trends when analyzing data Conduct root-cause analysis to identify variances and implement corrective actions Experience with Project Management methodology Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical personnel in a cross-functional setting Strong balance of business acumen and technology knowledge Stay current on trends and current threats and make recommendations to leadership on mitigating strategies Understand, communicate, and reinforce standard process concepts and methodology within the ETP organization Possess excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making and quantitative analysis skills to provide insights into performance and efficiency opportunities Ability to build consensus and buy-in with key stakeholders Willing to guide junior team members Good verbal/written communication skills Self-starter/motivated Strong attention to detail Strong team player who can work across multiple functions and lead peers Establishes and communicates clear priorities and sense of direction A good listener and collaborator who partners closely with others Expresses ideas in a clear, fluent and concise manner to both technical, and non-technical audiences Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills Data Security Strategies, Controls and Best Practices Data Loss Prevention Insider Threat Analysis and Prevention Data Security Classification Azure Data Security Cloud based technologies Has discretion in making tactical decisions and provides advice on strategic decisions Decisions and achievements of results generally has a significant impact on ensuring the technical security of the company Expected to be a calculated thinker Preferred Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Privacy Technician (CIPT) Responsibilities: Manage, maintain and improve upon current data security strategies and processes Assist in the development of information security policies, standards and procedures for Data Security Coordination with other teams and business partners regarding data security best practices for both on premise and cloud-based solutions for employees, contractors, partners and customers Serve as data security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for incident response program Manage and monitor data security compliance to information security policies and standards Serve as a data security subject matter expert and trusted advisor Job focuses on analyzing internal and external risk, proposing/solutioning mitigating controls and applying/managing safeguards to protect sensitive data from both internal and external threats. This includes working with the business and data owners to determine data sensitivity, identify current controls, assess residual risk, monitor current tools and processes to determine effectiveness. Can resolve transaction, data and process discrepancies. Helps to determine opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize data security processes and safeguards. Creates business requirements documents and knows enough about a platform/technology to create functional specs for use in building technical solutions. This position will also assist in the execution of the corporate information security strategy, work to meet security objectives and respond to company-wide data security issues and events. Identify, escalate and resolve data security issues and risks in a timely manner Effective collaboration with leadership and teams within Information Security and across other functions Enhancement of personal skillsets, tools, technologies, business knowledge, certifications, etc.
