Job Title: Avaya Voice Engineer Location : Harrisburg,PA Must be US Citizen or Green Card and must be able to go through Federal Security Clearance process. Job Descrition: Responsible for planning and evaluating voice network systems and capacity. Knowledge of the full Avaya Product Suite and support. Responsible for all security vulnerabilities and patching for infrastructure. Conduct studies of voice network systems and software technology. Design and implement voice software/hardware solutions to address complex user needs. Responsible for troubleshooting complex activities. Design and implement monitoring procedures to maximize availability. Develop back up routing plan on the voice network. Technical lead on a functional basis, providing resource of strong expertise. Scopes, plans, and prioritizes multiple projects. Assist in the evaluation and selection of infrastructure and applications relevant to Voice Solutions.
