Currently we are hiring professional, and detail oriented full-time Administrative Assistant for our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all administrative duties at JPP. As an administrative assistant, you will greet customers, answer phones, manage office supplies inventory, and perform other administrative duties as needed. Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the office will be the responsibility of this role.

What you will be doing

Answer phones, take accurate messages, and handle urgent or confidential calls appropriately.
Respond to customer e-mails, telephone calls, messages, and other correspondence.
Ensure that customer queries are handled promptly and in a friendly manner.
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repairs.
Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for members of a team.
Keep track of invoices, reports, and correspondence to keep them in order.
Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order them as needed.
Compile and administer monthly performance data and statistical reports.
Schedule office events and travel arrangements as needed.
Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
Manage all administrative tasks by organizing and prioritizing them.
Assist with other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Completion of high school.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries.
Strong organizational, communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to work in a team environment.


Candidates who qualify will receive relocation assistance up to $1000.00. The company will pay $500.00 CAD as a referral incentive to any current employee who refers a candidate, and the company hires them.
