Excellent in planning and effecting preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance schedules of complete Power Plant, and all mechanical equipment to ensure zero / minimum breakdown as well as machinery increase up time and equipment reliability.
Efficient in carrying out various time bound process improvement projects to enhance capacity utilization and achieving the planned production targets.
Expertise in managing maintenance of the various machines & equipments for reducing downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of the plant.
An effective leader with excellent communication, people management, relationship management and analytical skills and ability to take holistic approach for solving problems
