Location: Mumbai
Age: upto 40
Qual. & Exp. : 14+ years, and Graduate in any field and PG/MBA degree
Mandatory Requirements:
Candidate having exp. working with Pharma/ Healthcare industry or Products will be added advantage
Fluent English Communication Skills,
Job specifications:
Strong experience in strategy designing and execution
Strong experience of Digital & E-commerce
Should possess great understanding of Market, Product, Consumer, and Consumer Behaviour.
Should have experience in Online and Offline market (70%- Online, 30%- Offline)
Great in Change Management
Fair understanding of Supplements - Someone who either used or aware of the importance of them
Strong in market analytics (google analytics, etc.,)
Good leadership skills
Extensive Knowledge of OTC
- Be responsible for annual OTC category management and trade marketing plan
- Develop, gain agreement for and ensure delivery of strategies to grow the OTC business.
- Have direct responsibility for all external agency relationships, from advertising agencies, PR agencies, design agencies, market research agencies, and external sales agencies.
- Strong in market analytics (google analytics, etc)
