Brief description of requirement :
Candidate should have had experience on PTCs Windchill and ThingWorkx for translating customer requirements into platform solutions.
Should have rehost and upgrade experience.
Should have had hands on experience of PLM implementations for configurations or customization.
Should have a sound knowledge ofvarious configurations involving all or some of the following functionalities- Creo, MultiCad, EBom, M BOM, Service BOM, ERP integrations, part lists, Parts information manager, project management report creations,various possible customizations in Windchill and knowledge of its APIs.
Should have a good functional knowledge of customer process.
Should have a demonstrated capability to lead a team and done successful implementations.
Exposure on hardware sizing for windchill.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead an implementation teams in all aspects of solution deployment
Develop requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications
Transform customer requirements to technical solutions
Guide team on configuration
Access Customization requirement and guide customization teams
Explore configuration options wrt various use cases, for effective deployments.
Timely delivery of projects to required signoffs.
Skills Required:
Development and customization experience on Windchill
Expert in Windchill PDM PLM, MPM Link and other portfolios of Windchill SLM & ALM for all aspects of solution to delivery.
Upgrade and migration of PLM solutions
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Exposure to interface with ERP systems.
CAD exposure preferable
Exposure to source code management preferable.
PLM reporting OOTB and customized
Candidates with Computer Science background, with knowledge in following (Exposure to Customization in Windchill)
oWorking with Eclipse IDE for J2EE and J2SE
oJava with strong understanding of Collections and its applications
oJSP with MVC frameworks understanding with JSP Fragments and TLDs
oSQL with multi join queries, stored procs and PL/SQL understanding
oHibernate Framework with Persistence API
oSpring Framework with annotations
oJavaScript, jQuery
oAdded advantage: Node JS, Angular JS, AJAX, basics of C & C++ with pointers
- Candidates with Mechanical Background, (Exposure to Cad tools and integration with Windchill)
