Experience in documenting and analyzing current and future state process flow, actors and how job functions may be combined or segregated.

Validate quality assurance test plan and test cases, and execute user acceptance testing to verify requirements coverage and implementation.
Mentor and lead business analysts on multiple projects within their Capability area. Manage requirements throughout development and testing cycles including data validation of field mappings.
Serve as a liaison between the clients and developers to ensure that all business and technical requirements are identified, validated and traced.
Assist in the collection of data element requirements and identification of data relationships.
Facilitate joint application review/design sessions (JAD) with clients, technical and vendor resources.
Coordinate other BAs on the team to create and execute requirements management plan.
Assist the PM in capturing and reporting project measurements, actions, risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
