Information Security Analyst – Identity Access
> Management
> Location | Cedar Rapids, IA - Remote
>
> KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
>
> § Security administration to include involvement with new user
> setups, user change requests, and password resets
> § Responsible to install, integrate and maintain one or more
> Identity & Access Management products such as Sailpoint, CyberArk,
> and/or Okta,
> § Manage 3rd party client application installation, support, and
> problem resolution
> § Instruct customers and other team members of process changes and
> new application initiatives
> § Facilitate periodic internal entitlement reviews and complete
> access control requests
> § Analyzes existing procedures and recommends improvements to
> increase efficiency in developing new processes
> § Monitor and execute established SDLC control standards
> § Understanding of code deployment requests within a development,
> QA, and production structure
> § Provide separation of duties function within a software
> development environment
> § Create, review, and update process and system support
> documentation
> § Develop and offer process and application training assistance as
> needed and required
> § Coordinate requests as appropriate with clients, vendors, other
> operations groups, and technical support
>
> KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
>
> § 2+ years’ experience in application security support or related
> field.
> § Installation, integration and deployment of Sailpoint, CyberArk,
> and/or Okta
> § Cleary communicate priorities and escalation points/procedures to
> other team members
> § Detail oriented, organized, methodical, follow up skills with an
> analytical thought process
> § Excellent communication skills, especially related to
> facilitation, documentation and reporting
> § Strong organizational skills
> § Prior experience with Project Management a plus
> § Reasonable depth of exposure/understanding of information
> technology processes and best practices
> § Excellent team skills, both as a leader and as a team player

> Expected educational background for this position would include:

> § Associates degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
> § Preferred industry certification in Information Security such as:
> CISSP, Security+, Network+, SANS
