Required skills (maximum of 6): Application modernization depth - having done app mod engagements before with deep understanding of legacy scenarios and translating legacy monoliths to microservices based target architectures Cloud native expertise (deep) - 12-factor, Microservices / NoSQL DB expertise etc. Deep AWS Skillset - Serverless / Lamda, AWS DevOps. Messaging models with Cloud Formation / CDK skills - this is mandatory as client could feel any shortcoming in no time.
