1. 5 years' experience leading projects including Projects with agile methodology
2. Scrum Master certification or Scrum experience preferred
3. PMP certification preferred

3. Mentoring team on Scrum processes as needed. Guides the team to organize itself and drives ongoing improvements. Uses Scrum framework principles and managed cross functional teams. Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed. Daily scheduling and reporting Clearing obstacles Sprint planning and sprint completion on time. Enables Project Lifecycle Methodology processes and governance. Enables compliance and effective delivery of the project/program Schedules all Scrum working sessions, including story workshops, planning sessions, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Project artifacts are updated, and project tools are effectively used Manages risks and issues and responsible for team communication.
