Role: Senior Hyland OnBase Developer/AdminLocation: PA (Remote is OK) Must have working experience in IBM Content Manager(CM8) and Content Manager OnDemand(CMOD 10+ years experience in development and Administration of OnBase EB5 Hands on experience in Java to build custom applications. Leads teams in the development, implementation, and support of the ECM systems. Understands the systems/applications that his/her team develops technologically/functionally, aligns with a technical roadmap of the department & Enterprise, works with the team to continuously inspect the current state, and brings innovative ideas to improve. Work with SA/BAs for understanding the requirement. Work on ECM production support activities Develops trusted and open relationships with key business and client managers. Coordinates between internal and external resources, ensuring effective communication between all groups and individuals involved in projects.
