10-15 year experienced Cloud Engineer.

Very important role for the organization.

Windows OS

Vmware (backwards and forwards)

vsphere

NSX would be fantastic, but not a requirement

Heavy Disaster Recovery experience (business impact analysis, RPO's, replication between private and public cloud servers, experience building virtual machine in the cloud)

SQL as a service in Cloud format

Experience building a true cloud environment (Not SaaS, not 365)

Workload Cloud experience

Understands what building a vm looks like

Experience bringing an on prem environment to a cloud environment
