Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a SCOM Administrator, hands on experience with SCOM 2016 - desired.
Minimum 10 years composing technical documentation for end-users and technical support teams.
Minimum 10 years troubleshooting web browser application issues.
Understand software development processes and concepts (Agile, user acceptance testing, code freeze).
Proficient with tools to trouble shoot application issues (browser debug mode, process monitor, network monitor captures).
Must have advanced level enterprise scripting skills (VB Script, PowerShell, others).
Experience with Microsoft technologies including server and client operating systems, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
Solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols TCP/IP, DNS, firewall ports, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, TELNET, SNMP, FTP.
