    Required skill set

  • Clear thinker, multi tasker, high energy, able to work in a high volume, stress environment, computer literate, able to learn Oracle and other tools we use to fulfill customer orders.
  • A brief overview of your facility and what you produce

  • We are in GE Healthcare service. Our customers are field engineers that service healthcare equipment at the hospitals.
  • They order part s and we fulfill the orders by working with internal and external suppliers.
  • Role Summary/Purpose

  • The Customer Parts Delivery Coordinator is part of the Customer Solutions Team and reports into the Global Services Parts Organization.
  • This role triages and fulfills medical equipment part orders for USCAN Customers.
  • Partners with the material planners and suppliers globally to resolve part backorders.
  • Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform professional customer call handling and communication
  • Resolve part backorders for LCS and Imaging Modalities
  • Deliver part solutions within the required global compliance guidelines
  • Act independently in a self-directed manner
  • Directly place orders with internal and external suppliers
  • Leverage computer tools and on-line databases to determine best actions to take on orders.
  • Perform special operations required to manually fulfill orders when key data systems are undergoing maintenance.
  • Take action with other cross-functional teams including distribution, transportation, customs, order processing, asset planning, and repairable teams.
  • Communicate timely and accurate order status with field service teams and customers
  • Successfully pass orders to the next shift or responsible coordinator as needed
  • Paid overtime, rotating weekends/holidays and/or off hours to support our customers
  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • Clear communications written/oral
  • Critical Thinker/Problem-solving experience
  • Demonstrated team player that is effective working independently in a complex environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Desired Characteristics:

    • Associated Degree or equivalent experience
    • Oracle application experience
    • Proven strong customer advocate
    • Parts logistics and global systems understanding
