Senior Workday Product Specialist Currently seeking an experienced Workday specialist to join the HR Systems Workday product team who is an expert in process and configuration and integrations of Workday. Requires deep expertise in Workday HCM set up and related configurations or integrations across all Workday's modules, and primary proficiency in Recruitment, Performance Management and Onboarding. Additional competency in Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and/or Security is highly desired. The resource will lead projects and process improvement initiatives, interface with stakeholders, and play a key role in applying their Workday domain and technical proficiency to gather requirements, design, configure, test, and implement solutions in order to meet HR business requirements. Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Use Workday experience and technical proficiency to gather requirements, design, develop, test and implement solutions based on business requirements and industry standards Build Workday integrations using standard Workday Integration tool sets, and perform Unit Test Support projects and process improvement initiatives to develop new and support existing Workday configuration and related workflow solutions in an Agile software delivery environment with a collaborative Agile team Gather and evaluate end user requirements. Understand the implications of Workday configuration choices made, collaborate across IT product teams, and work cross-functionally to ensure and deploy a cohesive system solution Perform system functionality testing in support of integrations, implementations, and bi-annual Workday releases Diagnose and resolve system incidents, supporting a full lifecycle of change management processes Understand and adhere to SOx processes to ensure compliance to system controls and regulations Required Qualifications: This position must meet HSPII compliance requirements and be able to pass enhanced background security screening in order to support the data in a secure work environment 4-5+ years of Workday module configuration or integrations experience in projects related to HCM Core, Performance Management, and Onboarding. Additional competency in Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and/or Security, is highly desired Knowledge in Workday tools such as Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Core/Cloud Connect, Report Writer, Business Process Framework, and Calculated Fields Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels within the organization Desired Qualifications Workday Certification Experience using SAFe methodology Experience working in integrated product teams Prior experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll Additional Skills: PROJECT/SKILLS: 1.Configuration experience in Workday Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management & HCM Core. Other HR modules such as Compensation, Advance Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Performance Management, Talent Management are added plus 2.Workday Integrations experience (Workday Studio, Reports as a Service & EIB) is an added plus 3. Experience with XML 4. Experience with Oracle DB (PL/SQL) is desired and highly desired 5. Ability to gather integration requirements, and perform unit testing.
