Heavy technical usage, experience with IT applications, design integration, production support
Not just interacting w/ business, understanding features, etc.-this is not the direction this person will be going in
Most of the time this person will be interacting with IT teams as well as Production & Delivery where processes exist; build relationship, help to develop an application interface and work with production support.
Up to speed w/ JIRA, Confluence
If a person is skilled in running SCRUM status calls and/or SCRUM master experience, that is a big plus
Work with P&D to develop UAT and OT. Experience automating testing tools a plus.
Understand and know the terms of cloud computing so the person can speak in an intelligent way with the business folks - Lambda, SQS, SNS
Experience with drawing diagrams for documentation
Automating testing tools experience is a big plus
Seeking leadership skills; each team has their own needs and requirements, so when this person engages with these different groups, the person has to be strong in initiative, communication and guidance
Troubleshooting application issues? What kind?-If this person understands databases, SQS, etc., when apps go live and there is a prod issue, this person can help support, diagnose, source from a requirement issue, so they can work with the dev team to help address. They won't be doing hands on testing
The Lead Business Analyst position functions as an integral member within the development team and is responsible for driving definition, documentation, and tracking of functional requirements and other SDLC artifacts.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with other IT teams to define application interfaces and data payload (fields/values etc.)
Scrummaster skills/experience highly desirable
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders for requirements. Help refine the requirements by bring in storyboarding and design methods
Partner with Product Owners and functional leads to facilitate the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria.
Drive functional requirements analysis and prioritization. Manage product backlogs actively with the Product Owner
Organize epics, features and user stories in Jira to enable status tracking and requirements traceability
Monitor development activities, manage SCRUM calls, maintain and clarify business requirements, and support test case development
Assist in general coordination, planning and implementation of new product features
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing/Operational Testing (UAT/OT) including working with Product Owner to develop UAT plans and coordinate execution across FCE teams
Responsible for day-to-day operational activities - Prod support and System support

Collaborate with the business folks and BA to get clarifications on business requirements
Coordinate dependencies across FCEs and tracks / reports progress.
Support business with user stories for User Acceptance Testing, and scope documents.

Experience working with web application and web services architecture
Strong knowledge in database concepts
Experience and knowledge of AWS technologies and Event based architecture
Experience with troubleshooting application issues, understating of exceptions, log analysis, cloud watch/Splunk etc.
Experience in documenting using Atlassian Confluence is a plus
Preferred:
AWS certification
Scrum, Agile, PMP certification is desirable but not required.
Experience in drawing diagrams using draw.io or Gliffy is a plus.
Automation testing tools -scripting experience is a plus
Education:
Certifications, or Special Licenses:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or business-related curricula, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
