Primary Purpose of the Job:
The System Support/IT team member will assist in being responsible for day-to-day management and maintenance of all technology related functions of the company. The position will partner and work with other team members to provide help desk support to end users on a variety of things including all databases, software, and equipment. Responsible for managing all new hire desktop setup for all team members. Assist in a variety of projects related to integration and equipment upgrades. Work with a team to deliver on the companys goals and initiatives.
Essential Duties
Perform Net Suite administrative functions such as customization of forms, fields, and reports and create saved searches, dashboards, workflows, and other custom solutions
Be part of the team that fills system expert roles in Net Suite, WMS software, and other related systems
