Job Title: RPA developer /Technology Analyst Location: Johnston, Iowa 50131 (REMOTE) Shift: M-F (8 am to 5 pm) Contract: 6 Months What Skills You Need 3 or more years of experience with an RPA tool (i.e., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere Solid understanding of Robotics processes, approaches, methodologies and development lifecycle. 3 or more years of experience utilizing strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions. 3 or more years of experience with identifying business process changes that will allow automations built to be more robust/efficient/consistent. What Makes You Stand Out Experience in working with RPA at John Deere Certification in automation tools Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information at the appropriate level of the audience. Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders. Team player ability to work in a cross-functional team. Ability to quickly learn and adapt new skills, processes and concept. An understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure) Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Product Owner working as an Automation Enabler for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA, you will.
