Title: Appl. Portfolio Manager 1 / Automation Engagement Manager Location: Overland Park, KS Duration: 6 months contract with a high possibility of extension. | Job Summary: The Automation Engagement Manager will be part of the B&V Automation Team which is a key function of the B&V Digital Office. This role works with the business (market sectors and BV Ops which are business customers), IT functions (Applications, Infrastructure, Security) and internal delivery teams for the training and engagement of the enterprise for automation principles and opportunities. | Skills: | Job Duties: -Create content for various levels of education/training sessions that will be delivered across the enterprise -Conduct training and education sessions on a continuous basis (new hires, continuing education, etc.) -Analyze and review business requirements and process documentation -Collaborate with Automation Team Business Analyst(s) and business stakeholders to determine the automation feasibility for the use case/s -Understand IA solutions that incorporate technologies across RPA, process orchestration and a combination of other hyper-automation technologies including AI/ML, process/task mining, and NLG/NLP or ChatBot technology -Operate within the enterprise standards and conventions for training while following agile principles -Evangelize and drive the adoption of best practices around automation workshops, opportunity ID/tracking, backlog management, and value measurement. -R&D/keep current on the latest RPA technology and skills, such as new UiPath features, AI integration into RPA, Intelligent Automation packages/content, etc. and leverage in automation project development Minimum Qualifications -Experience with and solid understanding of business analysis -Experience with project management and application management/administration preferred -Bachelor's degree or an engineering or programming background (equivalent experience) and 3+ years of demonstrated experience -2+ years experience in UiPath platform/technologies along with some combination of additional automation technologies such as Orchestration, OCR/ICR, MS Power Automate, etc. -Basic understanding of Computer vision concepts likeOptical Character Recognition (OCR)and tools used for them likeABBYY, Google Vision API, DI-analytics, etc. -Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze requirements and ID use cases for automation -Proven success of taking stakeholder/business requirements or experiences and improving them or improving the relationships via technology solutions -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Experience and knowledge of UiPath Suite (Mandatory) Preferred Experience -Demonstrated experience in growing and scaling an automation program at enterprise levels -Includes engaging all levels of an org, from executive through people doing the work -Demonstrated experience in conducting value-driven workshops for backlog/pipeline health -Previous experience as an Automation Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Developer -Manage change, ambiguity and complexity with ease -Experience working in Engineering and Construction industry -Strong interpersonal, presentation, written communication and facilitation skills -Able to prioritize and work on multiple projects/engagements concurrently and efficiently -Knowledge of 2 or more automation technology focus areas such as Robotic Process Automation, BPM/Service Orchestration, AI/ML, Process Mining, NLG/NLP, API based automations | Education: | All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. |
