Detailed JD: Responsible for Service Now Updates Assist and update data in Service Now Excellent knowledge of Asset Management processes Coordinate with vendors on process adherence and for data collation Manage process documentation Perform data retrieval based on request Responsible for coordination and update of inventory in case of new site opening Facilitate POS and other equipment returns Provide short training on devices to appliable teams/individuals on need basis Knowledge of below is required Knowledge of Service Now is a Must Good Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Knowledge of 1010 Data and Smartsheets Good understanding of the following: o IT Asset Management Processes o IT Service Management Processes o IT Lifecycle Management Processes
