Hands-on all the Data Models, Matrix Reports, Succession Org Chart, People Profile, excellent knowledge of XML with the ability to understand the competency library structure for the client. System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint. Help clients understand on alternatives for system configuration and design. Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.
