*Advise the Company and interface with the Board of Directors and senior executives on executive and director compensation and employee benefits matters including annual cash and equity incentive plan design, interpretation and administration; employment, severance and transition agreements; and issues relating to various benefits programs. *Manage preparation of the compensation portions of the Company’s annual proxy statement and other SEC documents. *Work closely with external advisors as well as with the internal Finance, Human Resources, Tax and Stock Plan Administration teams to address compensation and benefits matters in the United States and internationally and implement best practices. $146,600.00 to $215,300.00
