Aircraft Maintenance - LICENSED
With their own tool box Without their own tool box NOTE: Tool box completion (or date of completion) must be noted at time of submittal
Summary:
This individual will provide technical assistance and labor for any and all problems associated with aircraft repairs as well as coordinate with the maintenance department leads and supervisors to ensure a safe and efficient repair and timely return to service of the aircraft.
For entry level: Passion and excitement for aviation must be clearly noted.
Responsibilities
Ensure tasks assigned by Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor are carried out by the team in an efficient manner Communicate with customers as to status of aircraft maintenance Coordinate with parts department to ensure that all materials are in stock or on order to complete the project on time. Open work orders and build maintenance books as required Provide inspection support as authorized by Chief Inspector Perform inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of aircraft systems Ensure all customer aircraft are maintained in accordance with the procedures outlined in the applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manual and customers General Maintenance Manual Exercise good judgment in working with people in a team environment as well as in aircraft maintenance and safety Maintain and/or repair shop facility, equipment and tooling to support operations. Qualifications:
Key Skills: A&P license REQUIRED High school diploma or GED Must have own tools necessary for the job Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills in the English language Ability to manage high stress situations, sometimes multiple situations Experience in the use of maintenance reference materials including Manufacturer's Maintenance Manuals, Structural Repair Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalogs, Component Manuals, etc. Exceptional customer service skills required Must be proficient in the operation of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Driver's License with no major infractions required Violation free A&P License required High school diploma or GED Excellent time management and organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Shifts Avaliable in order of priority: - Sun-Wed, 12:30-23:30
