Position's Contributions to Work Group: Will be working with an offshore team in India to coordinate and execute work in virtual manufacturing engineering work. Key to meeting client expectations and deliverables working under a team leader based in Decatur, IL
Typical Day: -
-Meet with team lead to get task activities for virtual manufacturing analysis
- Coordinate work and gather updates with offshore engineering team
- Meet with clients
Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in engineering with 7-10 years of experience (can be reduced based on advanced degree). Design or manufacturing experience.
Technical Skills:
Required:
Team Center or Creo experience. VizMockUp experience.
Desired: Previous Caterpillar experience. CAPP+, MESA experience.
Soft Skills: Clear, efficient, and effective communication to teams and clients. Can work with remote teams and different time zones.
